mimi has been working as an educator for over ten years in England, China and the U.S. She has taught at San Francisco State University, Leeds Metropolitan University, City College of San Francisco, Zhaoqing University and elsewhere. She has also worked on many community-based projects with high schools and non-profits, including 826 Valencia and MilagroGrande Films, and as a consultant for the Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation.
